Clipless Mountain Bike Pedals
Are DMX V8 pedals better than the cage pedals that come ready on the bike?
My mountain bike has cheap cage pedals on it that came with the bike, but I don’t want to get clipless, because I dont want to have to wear the shoes all the time.

Are better pedals, if so what’s so great about them, are they grippier? lighter? will I ever use the extra grip?

I couldn’t say if they’re lighter or not that your current ones. Usualy those pedals (v8) are used more for BMX or freeride or jumps, mostly because they’re stronger and do provide better grip and platform. Those pedals look good.
