correct mountain bike riding position
Why my knees hurt when problems suddenly my bike?

It feels like to be the perimeter of my knees feel uncomfortable receive / tendens As painful as it is stressed or something (but again, what do I know?). I've been mountain biking for some time my main mode of transport and havnt had any problems like this before. Now, suddenly, it gives me pain when I travel and I can not correct the problem by making adjustments such as height seat and position. Even the slight rotation of the pedals with your legs while driving down (do not require muscular effort on my part) I can feel uncomfortable. I can not understand this! Do I have bad knees, not just to be a cyclist?

Make sure your knee is slightly bent when the pedal is at position 06 hours. And take a rope with a weight on it and hang it in front of your knee. The chain should fall directly into the center of the pedal shaft / axle with the pedal to the 9 / 3 o'clock (straight ahead). If not, move the seat forward or backward about it. Riding the bike and lift it until it is in contact with your body. There should be 2 to 3 inches on the wheels. If your image is too small. If smaller, also great. Take one or two weeks for your knee recovers. Damaged.
