Indoor Mountain Bike Stand
What kind of bike stand should I buy?
Please help me select a stationary bike stand that will allow to do indoor workout with my mountain bike.
They are called trainers and you want a very smooth tire on the back to reduce noise and vibrations. I use a Kenda Kross tire and it works great. There are different levels of trainers, the low cost Bell Motivator is ok for beginners. There are better trainers that offer more resistance. Think of them as a 110 weight set and a 250 lb Olympic weight set.
