I just bought a bike with a rear wheel slightly bent adults. I can fix this?

I think the wheel is 19 "ALUMINUM. Will tightening the spokes contribute to the correction?

If there are knots on the edge, it is likely that the wheel can still true. This is to select the curve, keeping the money at the same time. It is best to remove the tire and the tube while doing this. You need a spoke wrench, which fortunately is pretty cheap in stores bicycles. You can make minor adjustments.
