Mountain Bike Bells
What’s a good child’s bike seat that intersects well in terms of quality, highest weight tolerance, & cost?
My husband and I are adding bike seats to our new mountain bikes. Our children are 15m (under 20 lbs) and 2.75 yrs (est 35-38 lbs). We recently received new Bell classic seats for Christmas – which may be well and good for our younger… but our son is growing so quickly and is so tall – we are concerned that he’ll need a bigger seat if he’s to ride with us for the next while.
We do have a bike trailer which we can still use, but wanted the option of taking him on rear-mounted bike rides from time to time. Advice?
To be blunt: We are looking for answers on the best bike seats at higher weight thresholds, not for explanations as to why the weight limits exist. We respect the weight limits and the intended safety that they offer. Thanks!
Idon’t think it really matters. As long as it is not a junky seat it wil hold up fine. I think Bell seats are good enough
