is this a good bike pump to buy?

i was just wondering if anyone out there that understands anything about bikes or bike pumps or the dynamics and mechanics of one could tell me if the bike pump (the link) is good or nor and if i should buy it or not. I have a small mountain bike and recommended tyre pressure is 40psi

I have a similar one but the next model up that has an air gauge and it’s worked great for about two years now.
