Mountain Bike Editorial
Mountain Biking Editorial?
For my engineering class, small groups chose different sports to try, and study the physics, write an editorial, and publish articles into our own magazine. My group is doing mountain biking, and I was chosen to write an editorial. I have several years of experience mountain biking, but I’m having trouble coming up with an editorial topic or issue. Please give me some ideas.
An interesting subject that you could get a lot of info on, as well as supporting photos and such, would be the progression and transformation of the sport itself over the last 10 years. From rigid hardtails to suspension forks to full suspension designs, and the changes from xc race domination to downhill and 4x racing and freeride parks. There’s lots of good info out there. You might find some great stuff to help you on IMBA’s website if you don’t mind sifting through the volumes of articles there.
I like Ol’ Goat’s second choice, too.
