Mountain Bike Exercise Program

Whats the best exercise program for a 54 year old man,with no restrictions to lose weight?
6foot 1, 200 lbs,live in Montreal central,I have dumbells and a pilates ball and a mountain bike and a road bike . I also have a bicycle trainer. I leave for work at 5:15am and get back around5;30 pm
