Mountain Bike Fixie Conversion

What kind of wheels are suggested for my mountain bike, fixie conversion?
Can i use reg 10speed wheels
Any 135mm spaced mtb hub will do, but you will need to get a single speed conversion, but this means it will have a freewheel rather than a “fixie” , also if you don’t want to use a chain tensioning device your frame will need horizontal dropouts, ive seen people convert front mtb hubs into rears attaching the cog to the disk break mounts, this method will require a longer axel and you will have to drill holes in the cog fairly acuratly and use spacers.
