Mountain Bike Handlebar Risers
Lowering height of AHEAD handlebar system.?
I have a mountain bike with a TRUVATIV AHEAD riser system which has 3 spacers installed. I would like to lower the handlebars slightly and remove the spacers. How do I go about this?
Agree with above but to add a bit more. The top bolt sets the bearing preload. you do it tight enough to remove all play in the steering but not too tight.
Then you do up the 2 pinch bolts.
