Mountain Bike Hawaii Tour
Im going to Hawaii /Maui/ and i want to see whole inland on mountain bike.?
But im triyng to avoide thous bike tours, they are to expencive . Im planning on camping for moust time and my goal its haleakala mountain . Can do it with out paying all the fees ?
where shoud i rent a bike ?.

You can rent bikes all over the place but if you are going to ride up Haleakala I would find a place to ditch all your gear first to lighten the load to a minimum. Expect a 30 mile climb to about 10,000 feet.
I did the ride down. Careful with your speed. I saw a guy twitch his bike going around a curve and he must’ve had to change his shorts at the bottom. Lots of places for the big hurt (if you know what I mean).
But do it and be THE MAN!
