Mountain Bike Numb Hands
Numb hands on road bike?
I started riding a road bike to work and my hands go numb after about 30 minutes. Never had this on a mountain bike. Anyone have this problem? Know of a fix?
Pain is usually caused by a bike fit problem. You are putting too much weight on you wrists. You can try moving the saddle forward just a little or it may be tilted too far down in the front causing you to use your hands to keep yourself in the saddle. If you keep having to slide back on the saddle this is the problem. This site may help along with getting a pair of gloves and changing hand positions.
