Mountain Bike Rst Shocks
my mountain bike has a set of RST Omni preload shocks with caps on the top. Are these to adjust the shocks?
How do you adjust these, and how do they work? By the way my bike is a Haro, if that helps.

If you take off the caps you’ll notice allen screws inside. Removing them will allow the shock to be disassembled and serviced.
