Mountain Bike Squeaky Brakes
How do you stop squeaky V-Brakes?
I just recently bought a mountain bike that has a rear V-Brake. The brake stops beautifully but the problem is, while coming to a stop from going fast, they squeak very very loudly. Anyway to resolve this annoying problem?
If you bought a cheap Walmart or other department store bike the brake pads are going to be cheap also. You shouldn’t have to toe in V brakes so I would replace the pads with something like Kool Stop pads.
