Need help with tubular road bike tire!?

I bought a tubular road bike tire for my wheel online. I was under the impression that I was buying a 700c size tire, but when I got it in the mail it says on the box that it is a 26 inch tire. It is a road bike tire, and not a mountain bike tire (19mm width). Is this the same size? If not, what kind of wheel is this tire for?
Sorry for the confusion…what I want is a tire for my disc wheel on my time-trial bike. The one I bought says 26″x19mm on it. Just wondering if the 26″ will fit a 700c wheel or if this tire is for a smaller wheel (like a 650). The reason I put the mountain bike thing in there is that it seems like mountain bike tires are usually in 26″ sizes (that shows how much I mountain bike).

Ok, your question confused me somewhat, but I will attempt an answer.

I think you have a 650 X 19.

Do not attempt to mount it on a 700 rim. It is made for a 650 rim.

If you wanted a MTB tire and got a road tire simply send it back for the correct size you need.
