Mountain Bike Wd40
My brother sprayed my bike down with WD40 and now my brakes don’t work?
Well yesterday I was riding my mountain bike and it got pree’ fricking muddy so when I got home I gave it a good wash with just water. Then my bro said it’d be good to spray WD40 on it to dry it and all the bearings so I trusted him and let him spray it down. Now I went for a bit of a ride and my brakes don’ work very well :/ What should I do?
Oh, and it’s a mechanical disk brake if that makes any difference…
Perhaps he should have sprayed it with hot grease instead. Change your brother for one with a brain.
