Mountain Biking Armour
Works with a sweatshirt bad?
I have 17 years and I live in Florida. About the beginning of summer was able to run non-stop about a mile before being tired. Then I started mountain biking 50 miles every night (3:00 non-stop) until about three weeks before classes begin. I was running 3 miles. Now I'm running 6.5 miles. My parents cried because I wear a shirt under the armor during the race and think I'm going to heat exhaustion. If run-time im as 80 degrees, and drink plenty of water should not be entitled from heat stroke? Thank you.
How can you bring a sweatshirt? It is dangerous and not necessary in the Florida ….. it's hot here and I know I sweat a lot shorter! Also, be careful with drinking water only …. I made this mistake … You need to replenish electrolytes after sweating a lot, so be sure to drink some Gatorade! I am in Florida and I am outside of all time …. I used to drink water and it was fine for a while but one day after a 6 mile run started working and I see is blurred heat stroke …. Be careful … FL is a warm, please, do not wear a sweatshirt!
