Mountain Biking Big Bear Lake
Realistic to bike from LA to Big Bear?
Would it be realistic to bike from LA to Big Bear or at least from beginning of the mountain to the top, city of Big Bear (where the lake is) which is around 35-40 miles?
I know the elevation is 6000 ft. Does ANYBODY bike up there? I surely haven’t seen anybody biking up there when I drove up there last time for the first time in summer.

Once you get there sure. Getting there is an issue, the traffic is an issue………..and the roads aren’t for cyclists
