Can I still lose weight if I eat whatever I want?

I know the question sounds retarded but I love two things: exercising and eating. I totally enjoy hiking, mountain biking, running, swimming, etc. and I am definitely not fat but I want to know if its okay to still eat whatever you want as long as you burn all the calories. I think I answered my question lol.

Yes, but you won’t be very healthy. You need to eat healthy food to be healthy. But, you don’t need it to lose weight.
