Mountain Biking Exercise Calories
Cycling 9 miles a day?
If you weighed 300 pounds and you are a male who is 6ft4 and used a mountain bike and did on average 6.8 miles per hour and you went 9 miles a day on flat land
how many calories would you have lost?.
Also would it have much impact on weight loss? if you did
diet along with the exercise?
I am following a strict diet. Would walking be better?
It may not be much but its all i can do right now. You have too work at getting fit you cant jump in at the deep end and just start off by doing 140 miles. gosh. I dont even know anywhere thats 140 miles away. Iv been 45 miles away by car lol.
6.8 mph is nothing
it takes 114 miles to lose a pound
assuming a higher speed [more work]
say 140 miles for a pound, going that slow/easy
so that’s about 140/9 = 16 days per pound
