Mountain Biking Skills Clinics
Any mountain bike clinics in Texas?
I’ve recently taken up mountain biking, but I would really like to have some proper skills training in order to avoid injury and/or embarrassment on the trails. Does anyone know of any clinics in Texas?
I’m from Austin and there are a lot of trails here as well. You might want to check to see if there are clinics offered by a local riding group. In Austin, there is the Austin Cycling Association as well as the Austin Ridge Riders. I’m an old BMX racer from the LATE 1970′s and developed riding techniques many years ago so I don’t have any first hand knowledge of clinics. You might also check with your LBS (local bike shop) to see if they offer any clinics or know of anyone who has classes. Welcome to cycling!
