Mountain Biking Spain

Take Your Family On an Adventure Holiday
Fed up with Alton towers? Do you put up with nausea just to see the smile on your kid’s faces? If your answer to either of their was yes, maybe the time has come to change your holiday strategy.
One alternative for you would be to consider family adventure holidays. No only are all the parents seperated from the rides, but you will also find it hard to come across a DS lite. Your kids will be too distracted by the huge range of activities available. It’s possible to get away to the simply amazing northern region of Spain, known as the Picos De Europa.
You may enjoy cycling along the narrow routes and cliff top paths, or a more challenging mountain bike ride. There are cycle routes to match everyones skills, and to ensure you stay on track, you will also find a number of qualified guides. It may be difficult to believe, but it really is possible to combine walking and lounging on a beach. Here, among the wonderful Spanish scenary, are some coastal villages that benefit from the most stunning beaches in Spain.
A particularly good place is the small village of Llanes in Asurias. This is a traditional, small Spanish town, and it’s perfect for an active holiday. One of the best beaches in Spain is La Playa de Sablon. This one is situated near the San Pedro walk and has amazing views of the port entrance. Another beach to try is La Playa de Puetu Chicu. The locals have a song saying that if you bathe in Puetu Chicu, you will be Llaniscu at your heart. The people within the town celebrate their religion by dressing up in brightly coloured, traditional outfits. Any excuse for a fiesta, and an opportunity to show their hospitality. They also like to sing and dance, and like all Spaniards that I have met, enjoy their food!
There are several other desitnations that are covered including the Pyrenees, South America and the extremely popular Galapagos holiday range.
