Mountain Biking Tournaments
What would make teenagers want to go to their local park?
I went to one of my parent’s park meeting thing and was corralled into giving a presentation about how to get teenagers (like myself) to go to some of the local parks. I came up with:
-chalking up a football field
-ultimate frisbee tournament
-mountain biking trails
Those things would be enough to get me going every weekend but I think I probably need more ideas. Thus, If you’re a teen (or if you know enough about what motivates teens), what would make you want to go to your local park?
It could be events (ultimate frisbee tournament) or things (football field).
Haha I forgot to mention that I’ve already heard “drugs” and “sex” a lot.
Sports fields, frisbee golf, community run events, we had something like church youth group vs another churches youth group sports. It was fun. We also had after school rivalry.
