For the 1st day of my diet was this good? If not got any suggestions??

For the 1st day of my diet was this good? If not what do i need to add more of or substract?

I want to know if this was a health day’s menu

I had:

V8 Fruit Fusion at 170 Calories and 0 grams of Fat

Cheerio’s Ceral Bat at 160 Cals and 4 grams of Fat

Lean Cusine at 310 Cals and 7 grams of Fat

a Kit Kat (b/c I started to fall asleep at work) at 300 Cals and 15 grams of fat

20 oz bottle of Mountain Dew (b/c i was falling asleep) at 275 Cals and 0 Fat

2 sticks of gum at 5 cals a piece and two 2 liter bottles of water

It all came to a total of 26 grams of Fat and 1215 calories is that good for a diet for a 22 yr old. I’m also htting the gym (treadmill, bike, weights) every other day

what should i do differently tomorro besides not eat the kit kat bar….i’m trying to quit all forms of caffeine cold turkey but im not having much luck it hard

Instead of picking all the time, you should have more filling MEALS. Some low fat cereal for breakfast, a turkey/chicken sandwhich on whole wheat bread with some fruit for lunch (no mayo! but mustard is actually very low fat ) and some white fish with lots of veggies for dinner will cost you the same calories and more vitamins but with alot more satisfaction to your tummy :)
