Specialized hard rock sport or Trek 4300?
On Mtbr.com product reviews, the HR sport has a higher rating…should I go off of that?
If the TREK has a Marzocchi Bomber or Sun Tour X100 suspension up front—its worth it ( those 2 front suspension are excellent for newbies). Specialized may have the low end brand up front and may have problems in maintenance. Jenson USA has the Marzocchi XC 700 TST2 ETA for only $259 (call them 1.888.880.3403)—
