Specialized Mountain Bike Shoes
The cleats on my bike shoes get loose every few uses, is it the shoes or the cleats?
I have Specialized mountain bike shoes with SPD cleats, mostly for use in spinning. Every two or three times I wear them, I notice the cleats getting lose on one of the shoes. So I have to tighten them frequently. Does this indicate that the shoe or the cleat has a problem and may need to be replaced?
