Brooke spent her early years in Orlando, FL before settling in the Boise, ID foothills with her husband Mike and her four legged “kids” Jeb and Frieda. She attended Northern Arizona University where she earned a BA in Sociology, with a minor in Geography, and an emphasis in Spanish (1990). In 1989 she helped start the NAU Cycling Club. Brooke is currently a Real Estate Agent.

Brooke’s twenty years of racing experience started as a triathlete while attending NAU. Her racing has taken her to France, Japan, and Russia where she represented the US in road cycling. In 1990 she competed in her first of eight Idaho Women’s Challenge events. Mountain biking became her two-wheels of choice in 1996. Her strengths include sprinting, tactics, and technical downhill.

Brooke’s other interests include cooking, home remodels, running, rock climbing, backpacking, snowboarding, telemark skiing, skate skiing, good beer, good wine and good company.
