Dustin in Action

Dustin is in rare company; unlike most athletes who relocate to such places as Durango, CO to train, he grew up there and continues to call it his home and training ground. Currently studying microbiology and exercise science he is also participating in a surgery internship program and energetically focused on continuing onto Medical School.

Mountain biking has been Dustin’s singular passion ever since his discovery of single track when he was eleven years old. Now in his eighth year of racing, second as a Pro, Dustin has excelled in both cross country and short track yet chooses to exploit his natural strength in Super-D.

Dustin has a burning desire for the sport and embraces a long-term perspective striving to make sure that everything in life is in balance with his training all the while hoping to someday be at the top of his game.
