Keith holds a Marine Engineering degree from the United States Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, New York. He spends many months of the year at sea working as an engineer aboard U.S. flagged commercial ships. The long days and weeks at sea, often 8-12 weeks a stint, afford him the opportunity to log many a mile on the trainer. Translates to one heck of a tough training regime that works. Keith hopped off the ship last Spring and hit the ground rolling with a 4th place finish in the Semi-Pro cross country NORBA National Fontana race, and two days later a 1st place in the Short Track, Game on! The very next week Keith was sporting his Pro license and mixing it up with the big dogs.
The Bike(s) are his mantra just drop by his garage in Boise, Idaho and you’ll witness, first hand, the quiver. Ever the Renaissance man, Keith holds great hope in the bicycle; as our nation’s solution to weight loss, traffic congestion, relational problems, bad attitudes, the list goes onβ¦ It’s simple, affordable, convenient and fun and he has strong convictions that our lifestyles should depend upon it. The time is now!
