Vegetarian sports supplements?
I eat a diet carefully and I was a vegetarian for about five months. I'm ready to be active again my new system (which had a lot of fatigue at the beginning before I was balanced) and wonder what supplements are really necessary, now that I need more nutrients and energy. What you eat a protein boost up? Do you take vitamin B complex or are unnecessary? Creatine? I have a friend who is a vegetable and a runner / Karate black belt who do not supplement. I XC mountain biking, trail running, dancing and hiking. And a lot of resistance as "may" of the year.
I am very active, but do not actually have to take supplements, I take a vitamin every day habit, that's the way it is raised and can not do damage;) your biggest concern should be the same for all athletes to the contrary – and be sure to stay hydrated (which includes electrolytes and electrolyte balance) and be sure to eat enough calories to fuel your body. Protein wise, even on a vegan diet I have a lot of protein so it actually never worried about it. Help assure the search for the protein content of food every day that you eat. It really does not analyze or think about my diet a lot because once I went back and evaluate what I ate, I realized I was becoming almost everything we needed and more. I endorse the high protein bars – Are like Odwalla Super Protein bars, except that instead of paying fifty dollars a bar, I can make the bars enough to last a week of visits the gym, exercises, etc for less than ten dollars – even if. I use nuts and agave syrup to sweeten the bars, and exchange rates – sometimes oatmeal raisin, chocolate sometimes. I use whole oats or whole grains, soy protein powder and / or soy nut butter. They are usually 200-300 calories and at least 15 bar g protein each. They are plentiful and delicious. If you eat dairy or eggs as you can get protein powder made with these ingredients as well.
